🕒 Processing & Delivery Times

All of our products are custom-made, which means we need time to create them before shipping.

Production time: 7 to 10 business days

Shipping time:

- United States: 8–12 business days

- Canada: 8–15 business days

- All other countries: 6–10 business days

Please note: All times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on customs, local holidays, and courier operations.


📦 Shipping Costs & Tracking

We offer one secure paid shipping method for all destinations.

Every shipment includes a tracking number that you can monitor directly on our website.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination country.


📍 Delivery & Missed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered:

The courier will usually leave it at a local pickup point, where it will be held for approximately 7 days.

If the package is not collected within the timeframe, it will be returned and we will issue a full refund.


✏️ Wrong or Incomplete Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address:

If the order has already shipped, you can usually select a local pickup point using the tracking app provided by the courier in your country.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to address errors made by the customer.


❌ Customs Delays

In rare cases, your package may be held at customs. If that happens:

- We will notify you and assist in resolving the issue.

- If the package remains stuck for too long, you will receive a full refund.


📮 P.O. Boxes

Yes, we do deliver to P.O. boxes where local courier services support it.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at customsspheres@outlook.com.

- Include clear photo/video evidence of the damage.

We will gladly offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

We currently do not offer express or priority shipping options, as each product is made to order and follows a carefully managed production schedule.
