REFUND POLICY
We offer a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund, but only in cases of technical defects or if the package arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is outside the United States, the return shipping process may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
Once a package has been confirmed as Delivered by the courier (including photo or GPS confirmation), Womb Glow is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage that may occur at the delivery location.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are stolen after delivery.
In such cases, customers must contact their local courier, postal service, or home insurance to file a claim.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
3-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
